I do believe that you get what you pay for, and that Department Store make-up is worth every penny! However, there's times when the drug store is more affordable, or just more convenient, and that's where I come in! I have wasted many a dollar on inexpensive make up, but there are somethings I have bought that have been a great buy that I feel confident in recommending.
