Baby Steps
I started gaining weight after I had my babies. My body, my eating habits, and my metabolism had all changed. I wasn't equipped with the right knowledge to take care of my body was I was pregnant so I suffered the consequences.
BUT THAT'S OK!
Damage Control
I didn't like the way I looked or how I felt any more, and all the old diet tricks I used didn't work. So I figured I just had a "mommy body" and thought "oh well".
Weight Watchers
Then one day Rachel and I walked into Weight Watchers, and everything changed.
WOW
They gave me the tools I had been looking for. They told me what foods I could eat, how much I could eat, and educated me.
First I lost ounces, then ounces turned into pounds, and pounds turned into inches.
No matter what diet you are on you want to be healthy, and create habits that will last a lifetime.
It's not always easy, but it's worth it.
