WEIGHT LOSS TIP FOR THE DAY!
Ok now I know what your going to say..."Tell me something I don't know!" but trust me on this one!

EAT BREAKFAST TO GET YOUR METABOLISM GOING!!!

   Be sure to eat breakfast each morning to get that metabolism going!  Try a veggie and eggwhite omlete or a fat free yougurt with a small banana.  I don't like to spend a lot of Weight Watchers points on breakfast as I'd rather have a yummy dinner.  Be creative and you can get away with a 2-4 point breakfast thats super filling and will get your body going for the rest of the day!

Baby Steps
I started gaining weight after I had my babies.  My body, my eating habits, and my metabolism had all changed.  I wasn't equipped with the right knowledge to take care of my body was I was pregnant so I suffered the consequences. 
BUT THAT'S OK!
Damage Control
I didn't like the way I looked or how I felt any more, and all the old diet tricks I used didn't work. So I figured I just had a "mommy body"  and thought "oh well".

Weight Watchers
Then one day Rachel and I walked into Weight Watchers, and everything changed.

WOW
They gave me the tools I had been looking for.  They told me what foods I could eat, how much I could eat, and educated me.
First I lost ounces, then ounces turned into pounds, and pounds turned into inches. 
No matter what diet you are on you want to be healthy, and create habits that will last a lifetime.
It's not always easy, but it's worth it.

Oh my goodness!!! Look at those before pictures!!! Come on people...if we can do it so can you. Trust me when I tell you it wasn't that hard. I urge you guys to give Weight Watchers at try. If not, just make a sensible daily meal plan. Do some research on the web. Also, Christina and I will be posting meal plans and some of our tips on the blog so make sure you check there as well!

  2. SUBWAY 6 inch turkey breast sandwich on whole wheat, no mayo with spicy mustard and tons of veggies....6 points!
  3. 100 calorie snack packs...2 points per pack!
  4. Sweet Potatoes...4 points for 7 ounces!  Sooo good and totally filling!  I lived on these for dinner.
  5. Weight Watchers Turkey Chili...2 points per serving!
